Complete custom interior design including all formatting, headers and footers, opening chapter pages, page numbers, plus additional deluxe formatting such as drop caps, flourishes, corner, picture and page borders, extra fancy graphic insertions, and any other special formatting needs you require, including up to 25 picture insertions. (Extra pictures will be $1.00 per picture.) Tovim Press will design and format your book’s interior according to industry standards. We also value your feedback on desired design elements. You will approve the final design. This price is good for up to 500 pages, and thereafter we charge $40 per 100 pages.
