Description
This adds table insertion(s) to your book for $5.00 per table (up to 2 pages long). The number of insertions is unlimited. Add the exact quantity you need, or add extra tables to a bundle that already has a certain number of insertions. If you insert your own tables within your document and they transfer properly, we will not charge for these. If the tables are in graphic form, they will be treated as pictures and graphic insertions. Note: If you do insert your own tables, makes sure the table lines are at least 2 points wide or larger, otherwise they do not tend to be visible in the final print-ready copy and we will have to redo them for you and charge accordingly.
